Siren Chic Boutique 14-Day Return Policy

At Siren Chic Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Items with visible wear, stains, odors, or damage (including makeup, deodorant, or perfume) will not be accepted.

• Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, and intimate items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Email sirenchicboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of a delivery at sirenchicboutique@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right!
